Objectives, activities and expected/achieved results

Our specific interest is to understand fundamentals of the stabilization of the complex states in geometrically curved nanostructures (tasks of the HZDR team) and study their magnetization dynamics (tasks of the team at the University of Porto). According to our theoretical predictions, the non-local symmetry breaking is a specific property of these objects, which is reflected in the coupling between surface and volume magnetostatic charges.
