This cycle of studies consists of:
a) A specialization consisting of an organised set of curricular units corresponding to 60 ECTS credits. Upon completion, it confers a Specialization in Biochemistry.
b) A curricular unit to support the completion of the Dissertation or Internship, called the Follow-up Seminar with 3 ECTS
c) An original scientific dissertation or a professional internship subject to a final report, corresponding to 57 of the total 120 ECTS credits of the study cycle, whose approval in public exam will confer, together with the approval of the remaining ECTS credits, the Master's degree in Biochemistry.
The lists of optional courses are illustrative of previewed offer and may be subject to changes with the approval of the scientific bodies of the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto.
