• Transcript of records with a list of courses approved. Students from the University of Porto may submit a print screen of their Sigarra’s academic pathway. For degrees obtained in foreign countries, this document must be authenticated by consular offices or embassies of Portugal located in the country where the qualification was obtained or hold the Hague Apostille (for countries that acceded to the Hague Convention). (Mandatory)
• Degree certificate/Diploma. The students of the University of Porto can submit a print screen of the Sigarra’s academic pathway. For degrees obtained in foreign countries, the certificate must be validated by the Hague Apostille (for countries that acceded to the Hague Convention) or by Consular Offices or Embassies of Portugal located in the country where the qualification was obtained. • Curriculum vitae (Mandatory)
• Motivation Letter - This document should be written in English, and should include your objectives and goals as well as your main areas of interest in the Program. Your letter should refer to specific research topics in which you wish to focus and should give your reasons for wishing to do graduate in the field you have chosen. Your statement of interest should be approximately 500 to 800 words in length. You must also provide the email address of two professors or researchers who can give an opinion on the candidate in case the scientific committee considers relevant (Mandatory)
• Supervisor's declaration (and co-supervisor, if you have one), in which they accept the guidance. (Mandatory)
