Teaching methods and learning activities

According to the study plan, this unit represents a total time of 81 hours, of which 28 (practical) are contact time with the teaching team , consisting of factual information presentation and problem solving exercises (activity scripts).
The remaining time is for the resolution of activity statements and other works that complete the training for the unit.

Eligibility for exams

The participation in practical classes (Continuous Assessement) is considered essential for approval of all students and to conduct final exam. Students whose status allows exemption of such participation should contact the teacher responsible for the discipline in the first two weeks of classes.  these cases, approval may be obtained by carrying out work that can be done outside the classroom, and that will be released and guided by the responsible teacher.

Calculation formula of final grade

Continuous assessment: 
assesses the attendance, attitude, participation and problem solving ability demonstrated in practical classes. It will be evaluated in two mini-tests that will need a minimum score of 9.5 out of 20.

Alternatively, evaluation can be performed by a Final Exam that consists of a written test with questions that focus on all the subjects taught and whose minimum score is 9.5 out of 20.

The attendance of the classes is considered essential for approval of all students.

Special assessment (TE, DA, ...)
