Teaching methods and learning activities
a. Expositive methodology (theoretical classes) - with the aim to organize knowledge in each subject, in a pecking order, and to stimulate a critic character in clinical nutrition and diet therapy.
b. Demonstrative and questioning methodology (theoretical-practical classes)- with the aim to consolidate knowledge’s already acquired by students, through an active participation in discussion and presentation of the clinical cases. These sessions could be used to be present in seminaries about recent and important themes in the clinical nutrition and diet therapy scope.
c. Active and questioning methodology (practical classes) – with the purpose to teach ways to evaluate nutritional state and food intake in patients, methods to calculate nutritional individual therapy, its implementation, monitorizing and evaluation.
