Teaching methods and learning activities
Theoretical classes with initial explanation of 50 to 55 minutes, followed by a discussion of 5 to 10 minutes (twice a week). Theoretical-practical sessions (once a week) based on prior observation (45 minutes) of selected documents which are made available (these documents include images of anatomo-pathological material on computer media: pieces of autopsy and surgical pathology, as well as images of histology, histochemistry, immunohistochemistry and ultrastructure) followed by discussion (45 minutes) with the teacher.
Evaluation Type
Distributed evaluation with final exam
