The Master in Food Service Management is a post graduation aimed at professionals in the scientific areas of Nutrition, Health Sciences, Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry and Biotechnology.
The cycle of studies lasts for four semesters and consists of a set of subjects (specialization course), corresponding to 60 ECTS credits that awards a diploma on Food Service Management (not graded) and by a scientific dissertation or an original research work, especially made for this purpose, corresponding to 60 of a total of 120 ECTS credits and whose defense in a public examination will award the degree Master in Food Service Management.

Academic and curricular access requirements: Holders of a degree or equivalent in the following scientific areas: Nutritional Sciences, Health Sciences, Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry and Biotechnology.
Foreign degree holders, award following a 1st cycle of studies in those areas, according to the principles of the Bologna Process and conferred by a member state in this process. Foreign degree holders in those areas, that is recognized as meeting the objectives of a 1st cycle degree by the Scientific Committee of the course.
Holders of an academic, scientific or professional curriculum, that is recognized as attesting the capacity to accomplish this cycle of studies.
