Objectives
To acquire knowledge and discuss subjects with relevance to Community Nutrition and Public Health.
Learning outcomes and competences
By the end of this curricular unit, students are expected to acquire a broader and multidisciplinary view of community nutrition and public health. The discussion with guests is a unique opportunity for students to understand the integration of the different topics involved in community nutrition and public health.

Teaching methods and learning activities
A total of 60-hour workload for the student is estimated, of which 20 are contact hours, distributed as follows: 90-minutes sessions with a theoretical presentation followed by a debate period.
The evaluation will consist of a final report summarizing the lessons learned from the different seminars (50%) and a written knowledge test (50%)

The evaluation will consist of a final report summarizing the lessons learned from the different seminars (50%) and a written knowledge test (50%)
Special assessment (TE, DA, ...)
Participation in classes is considered essential for the approval of all. Students whose status allows exemption from this participation should contact the teacher responsible for the curricular unit in the first two weeks of classes. In these cases, approval in these subjects will be obtained through the accomplishment of works that can be carried out extra-classes and that will be divulged and guided by the teachers of the curricular unit.
