Objectives
To provide comprehensive knowledge on the pharmaco nutrient interaction, on biochemical evaluation and interpretation of analytical data relevant to nutritional assessment. To provide advanced knowledge clinical situations in the pediatric area as well as on obesity and adult diabetesLearning outcomes and competences
This subject is plannned in a pludisciplinary approach that allows the student to understand the relevance of the determinants of several indoles, as well as to promote the role of the nutritionist as a specialist in evaluating and planning the nutritional needs and food intake in various clinical situations, pediatrics or in adults.
