Learning outcomes and competences
This course in the second year aims to involve the student in the dynamics of the program, through the presentation of her/his work to the new students and through the articulation of her/his research proposal with the studio and research work. By presenting the student with alternative, imaginative and innovating strategies of presentation and dissemination of studio-based research, adapted to the singularity of each work, the course intends to develop skills in the communication of the research outcomes, in the field of art research. At the level of documentation methodologies, students are informed of the several possibilities in the use of documental reference materials, both at the level of a literary review and of the documentation of the creative process. The exhibition methodologies and the exegesis of the research process aims to enhance a relationship between studio practice and the ethical and sustained responsabilities of student’s project, in the context where it is developed.
