The main objective of this project of investigation consists in further applying the chiral quark-soliton model to the study of nucleon and hyperon properties relevant for both low and high energy hadron physics. The approach to follow is based on extensions of the theoretical and computational methods already applied before, which include, e.g. large Nc, restoration of symmetries by the quantization of collective translational and rotational degrees of freedom, inclusion of rotational corrections and strange mass corrections. |
