Seminar | Bruaá of the [in]visible: discourses of images in textbooks

Thursday and Friday, 18th -19th July, 2024, at Room 303, in Sculpture and Painting Pavilion - FBAUP

The Bruaá of the [in]visible: discourses of images in textbooks is the final seminar of the [in]visible project (DOI 10.54499/2022.05056.PTDC), which aims to discuss and reflect on the hegemonic narratives rooted in the images of Social & Environmental Studies textbooks after 1974. The [in]visible team proposes this seminar to share the work developed over the past 18 months and to foster dialogues with other research related to the topic through presentations, artistic interventions, and a workshop.
