Master Degree (FAUP, 2011), with the thesis “Territory and Architecture in the mountain of Peneda” (Honorable Mention on the 1st Iberian Prize in Traditional Architecture Research, published on 2013). Post-graduation in Architectural Heritage (FAUP, 2013). Phd researcher (FAUP, profile B), with the research “Architectural Heritage and Territory Organization in the transborder mountains between Minho and Galicia” (scientific advisors: Pedro Alarcão and João Garcia). Developed some works as a freelancer architect. Author and co-author of researching works, namely: “Peneda´s “Brandas”: building the/in seasonality” (CEI); “The “Obra da Rua” in Paredes county” (City and Architectural Heritage in the 20th century: 1910-1974, FJ and OA); “Tua Valley: Historical and Ethnological Study” (Palimpsesto, Arqueohoje and EDP). Member of the researching group of the conference cycle “U. Porto Eminent Individuality 2013 – Fernando Távora” (FIMS and UP) and of the researching project “Corbelled Dome Vernacular Heritage in Alto Minho” (ISISE-UM, UVigo and UP). Author in numerous papers and speaker in several national and international congresses. Executive Commission member in the International Congress of Vernacular Architecture (2013). Research fellow at FCT, since 2016, and Member of CEAU (PACT – Architecture City and Territory Heritage).
