Apresentação Pessoal

Ana Silva Fernandes (Porto, 1982) is an architect with a post-graduation in Methodologies of Intervention in Architectural Heritage, and a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto. She is integrated in the group 'Territory Dynamics and Morphologies' of the CEAU-FAUP (Architecture and Urban Studies Centre of the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto). Her research interests focus on planning within scarcity, developing countries, informal settlements, social inclusion and heritage. She is part of the research team of the study "Strategic Orientations for Territorial Cohesion - Northern Metropolitan Area", commissioned by CCDR-N, where she participates in the analysis, cartography and tackling of recent socio-spatial challenges in the Portuguese territory.
