Objectives
1. To develop specific theoretical skills from sprinting and jumping
2. To develop and improve theoretical knowledge acquired obtained from athletics training
3. To acquire basic skills to be coach and act in real training environment.
4. Identify and solve typical constraints of the real training environment
5. To develop critical and analytical capacity from practical problems.
6. To develop the ability to theoretically sustain practice problems.
7. Foresee the ability to intervene in the training process in an autonomous way
8. To receive the contributions from individual experiences of the different fields.
