Seminar structure, reflection sessions and discussion about problems addressed in class. Having as a starting point the mentioned objectives and that consubstantiate in the acquisition of competences for the professional exercise of the coaching function, the applied methodologies are much less expositive and more interactive.

The intention of preparing the students for the future coaching profession also requires the use of training strategies that allow the growing autonomization, which contributes to the questioning, in a growing list of demands, which begins with the confrontation of knowledge in (define, describe, distinguish, recognize and associate concepts), through its application (exemplify, operate, prescribe), to problem solving (criticize, decide, formulate).
