Resumo (PT): Uma Travessia pelo Oceano: Relatos de um Estágio Profissional enriquecedor, de uma relação Professora-Aluno inesquecível e do reforço da vontade de ser Professora de Educação Física é um documento concebido por uma estudante-estagiária da disciplina de Educação Física que relata a sua primeira experiência no mundo da docência, no decorrer da sua prática de ensino supervisionada. Esta travessia narra a história de um peixe que sonha percorrer o oceano, todavia é surpreendido por correntes e marés que colocam à prova a sua capacidade de superação para resolver determinados problemas e se adaptar a novos contextos. Assim sendo, o ponto de partida deste relato inicia-se com um enquadramento pessoal, onde são explicitados os fatores responsáveis pela tomada de decisão em envergar por esta profissão, a história pessoal, desportiva e académica deste peixe, e as expetativas iniciais com a integração num contexto real de prática, que provocam uma expansão na vontade de ser professora. Ao longo da descoberta e navegação pelo oceano conhecem-se os responsáveis por toda esta experiência inesquecível, isto é, a escola cooperante, o peixe mestre e o peixe guia (professor cooperante e orientador), o núcleo de estágio e o seu cardume (alunos). Dá-se início à travessia pelo oceano, onde este peixe planeia minuciosamente os seus objetivos e metas para que tudo corra como expectado, estando preparado para alguma imprevisibilidade provocada por diversos contextos (condições climatéricas ou ausência de algum elemento do cardume), sendo para o efeito implementadas determinadas estratégias e modelos que impeçam um possível desvirtuamento do rumo idealizado. A relação, a ligação e o respeito entre todo cardume revelaram-se os fatores primordiais para o sucesso desta viagem. No ponto de chegada, refletiu-se sobre toda a transformação deste Peixe ao longo de uma travessia marcada por uma panóplia de momentos imprevisíveis e inesquecíveis, que certamente serão imprescindíveis num futuro próximo.

Abstract (EN): Crossing the Ocean: Reports of an enriching professional internship, of an unforgettable Teacher-Student bond, and of a reinforcement of the will to become a Physical Education teacher is a document conceived by an intern student in the module of Physical Education, who relates her first experience in the world of teaching, within the ambit of a supervised teaching practice. It tells the story of a fish who dreams of crossing the ocean yet is taken aback by currents and tides, which test its ability to overcome certain problems and to adapt to new contexts. With this in mind, the start-off point of this report ties in with a personal framing, which lays bare the responsible factors for the decision to pursue this profession, the initial expectations for an integration within a real-life practice context, as well as this fish’s personal, academic, and even sporty history, all of which contributed to an expansion in the will to become a teacher. Throughout the discovery and the crossing of the ocean, many other parties which made this experience unforgettable were met, such as the cooperating school, the master-fish and the guide-fish (the Cooperating Teacher and the Advisor), the Internship Nucleus and its shoal of fish (the students). The journey across the ocean thus began, with this fish thoroughly planning its goals and objectives to ensure everything goes accordingly, albeit with the notion that some adversities might occur (such as climate changes or the absence of any given element of the shoal); to prepare for such adversities, many strategies and models that prevent a possible misdirection of the idealized course. The relationship, the connection, and the respect between all members of the shoal were shown to be the primordial factors for the success of this crossing. At the finish line, this fish reflected upon its entire transformation, throughout a journey marked by a panoply of unpredictable yet unforgettable moments which will certainly be indispensable in a near future.
