Resumo (PT): Este relatório pretende relatar um ano de experiências e aprendizagem por parte de um estudante-estagiário (autor) numa escola de Gondomar, Porto. Sendo o Estágio Profissional o ponto mais alto da formação inicial, surge a importância de refletir sobre todos os conhecimentos adquiridos e vivenciados, assim como, aspetos do quotidiano escolar. O presente documento encontra- se organizado em 6 capítulos: (1) Introdução, onde se releva como está organizado o Relatório de Estágio; (2) Enquadramento Pessoal, permitindo conhecer mais sobre o autor desta obra; (3) Enquadramento Institucional, que reflete sobre o estágio e a própria escola; (4) Enquadramento Operacional, estando dividido em 3 áreas que abordam todo o papel do professor de Educação Física dentro da escola, desde o pavilhão, ao conselho de turma e à sua constante busca pelo conhecimento; (5) Estudo de investigação, onde investigo quais as motivações dos meus alunos na disciplina de Educação Física e consequentes estratégias para incrementar a sua predisposição para a prática; (6) Conclusões sobre a minha experiência enquanto estudante- estagiário e comparação entre passado e perspetivas para o futuro; (7) Referências Bibliográficas e Anexos.

Abstract (EN): This report covers a year of experiences and learning from a student and intern (author) in a school in Gondomar, Porto. Given that the internship is one of the most important parts of the professional training, it’s important to look back and analyse the knowledge acquired during this stage, as well as reflecting on the learning done during the day to day of the school program. This document is structured in 6 chapters: (1) Introduction - where we explain how the document is organized; (2) Author’s background - where you can learn about the author; (3) Institutional background - where you can learn about the internship and the school where it happened; (4) Operational background - divided in 3 areas explaining the role of the Physical Education teacher at school, from the sports hall, to the class board, and the never ending search for knowledge; (5) Research study - research about the motivation of students in the Physical Education class and strategies to increase their willingness to practice sports; (6) Learnings from my experience as student and intern and analysis of past and future directions; (7) Bibliographic references and attachments.
