Resumo (PT): O ano em que decorre o Estágio Profissional (EP) assume-se como um dos anos mais importantes na vida de um professor, pois é o culminar de um processo de formação exaustivo e é também o choque com a realidade. Sendo um ano repleto de novas aprendizagens e de novas experiências, este define muito daquilo que vai ser forma de estar e de ensinar do professor. O meu EP realizou-se na Escola Secundária Francisco de Holanda, situada no centro da cidade de Guimarães, foi durante muitos anos a Escola Industrial da cidade e é hoje uma referência no ensino a nível nacional. Estive lá colocado com mais dois colegas, que com o tempo se tornaram amigos e juntos ultrapassamos com sucesso, julgo eu, todos os desafios que nos foram surgindo ao longo deste trajeto. Assim, após uma breve introdução surge o relatório, que em jeito de reflexão espelha um pouco daquilo que foi esta aventura. Divido em cinco capítulos, este tem início com a minha apresentação e aqui refiro o que foram as minhas experiências anteriores e tento também passar um pouco da minha essência através das palavras. De seguida, faço uma contextualização legal, institucional e funcional daquilo que considero mais relevante em relação ao Estágio e onde também apresento o contexto escolar onde estive inserido. Estes representam assim o primeiro e o segundo capítulo deste documento e que são respetivamente o “Enquadramento pessoal” e o “Enquadramento Profissional”. O capítulo seguinte é realmente o cerne do trabalho onde refiro todos os aspetos relevantes da minha prática profissional enquanto docente, descrevendo e refletindo acerca de tudo aquilo que me fez crescer ao longo deste ano. Este capítulo denomina-se “Realização da Prática Profissional”. No quarto capítulo apresento o meu projeto de investigação-ação que incidiu num estudo de caso acerca do impacto de um programa de treino funcional nos níveis de aptidão física, autoestima e autoperceção de uma aluna que é doente oncológica. Por último, o quinto capítulo diz respeito à reflexão final e às minhas perspetivas para o futuro.

Abstract (EN): The year in which the Professional Internship takes place is one of the most important years in the life of a teacher, because it is the culmination of a process of exhaustive training and also the clash with reality. A year full of new learning and new experiences capable of define much of what will be the way to teach in future years. My Professional Internship took place at the Francisco de Holanda Secondary School, located in the center of the city of Guimarães, which was for many years the Industrial School of the city and it´s now a reference in education at national level. I was there with two other colleagues who became friends and together we successfully surpassed all the challenges that arose along the way. Thus, after a brief introduction comes the report, which in the way of reflection mirrors a little of what this adventure was. I divided it into five chapters and the first one begins with my presentation, where i also refer to what my previous experiences were and I also try to pass some of my essence in words. Then i make a legal, institutional and functional contextualization of what I consider most revealing in relation to the Internship and where I also present the school context where I was inserted. These represent the first and second chapters of this document and are respectively the "Personal Framing" and the "Professional Framework". The next chapter is really the core of the work where I refer all the relevant aspects of my professional practice as a teacher, describing and reflecting on everything that made me grow throughout this year. This chapter is called "Realization of Professional Practice". The fourth chapter is a little different from its predecessors because here I present my research that focused on a case study about the impact of a functional training program on the levels of physical fitness, self-esteem and self-perception of a student who is sick cancer. Finally, the fifth chapter concerns the final reflection and my prospects for the future.
