1. Develop knowledge and skills related to the practice of Exercise and health;
2. Understand the importance of the practice of Exercise and physical activity in promoting a healthy lifestyle;
3. Develop competencies in the area of promoting exercise in certain populations
4. Acquire skills in aerobic gymnastics, Outdoor Activities and sports in nature.
5. Mobilising knowledge and skills to solve problems of teaching practice of different activities of the training centres and probationary period, by the particularities of the material, age groups and levels of practice.
6. Acquire skills in the promotion, organization and development of sports activities in different contexts of practice and intervention in specific populations.
7. Integrating and contextualizing knowledge of Methodology I and II - Exercise and Health option in the different training centres;
The contents of the programme covers the theoretical concepts and practical skills related to the promotion, organization and development of sports activities in the different contexts of practice and intervention.
In addition, they report the evidence underpinning the model of training centres as directed pedagogical practice process and the variables likely to affect the state of preparation of interventions target. Additionally, are covered in the guiding principles, the fundamentals and the methodological procedures which allow the operationalization of the process of planning, implementation, management and evaluation of training centres
Therefore, the contents of the curriculum unit are consistent with the goals of the curriculum unit.
The teaching module of Methodology of Sport III is a one-semester course and is intended for students of 3rd year of the course degree, beginning in the 2st semester. This assumes a component mainly practical and with close connection to the areas of professional activity intervention, sustained in the conceptual bases previously acquired and enabling, at this training centre, a contact with the contexts that promotes and provides the future professional for a correct and effective post-graduation intervention.
A practical block (2H) for developing skills in the exercise and health, which includes theoretical/practical lessons.
A theoretical module consisting of 2H lectures.
The training centres will be the theoretical-practical block (at least 4H).

Centre or pedagogical training in Outdoor Activities
The program is divided into lectures and theoretical-practical lessons.
The theoretical course is matched to a theoretical lesson of 2:0 per week. This class makes sure the presentation and discussion of fundamental theoretical concepts of the discipline, as well as the presentation of individual and Group Work.

The practical component of the internship centre and the Dossier will represent 60% and 30%, respectively, of the final mark. The evaluation of the theoretical subject will be made through oral presentation of a topic, based on one of the subjects exposed during the theoretical classes, and will represent 10% of the final mark of the unit.
