Objectives
This CU explores the psychological factors and processes that influence sports performance in high-performance sports environments, equipping students with the necessary skills to effectively apply this knowledge in these training contexts.

BY THE END OF THE COURSE, STUDENTS SHOULD BE ABLE TO:
- Understand the process of leadership in sport
- Manage the coach’s relationship with collaborators
