Objectives

This CU explores the psychological factors and processes that influence sports performance in high-performance sports environments, equipping students with the necessary skills to effectively apply this knowledge in these training contexts.

 

Learning outcomes and competences

BY THE END OF THE COURSE, STUDENTS SHOULD BE ABLE TO:

  1. Understand the process of leadership in sport
  2. Manage the coach’s relationship with collaborators
  3. Interact effectively with the public and media
  4. Understand and apply strategies for the psychological preparation of athletes and coaches in high-performance contexts
