Objectives

- Understand the different methodological proposals for assessing physical and motor fitness in a lifespan approach.

- Know the different ways of building multivariate aptitude profiles, their variability over age and structure of their configurational invariance.

- Map aspects of the response of different exercise prescription programs and their dependence on genetic and environmental factors.

- Develop compaginable exercise programs with active and healthy lifestyles for children, young people, young adults and the elderly.

- Build strategies for assessment and intervention in different contexts, of which labor is one of the best examples.


Learning outcomes and competences

Students are expected to know the differences / advantages of the physical assessment process for prescribing exercise tailored to each age group and different situations.
