Objectives

(1)Students recognize the determinants of coach’s career development, particularly as it relates to sources of knowledge, knowledge and professional experiences, skills and career management;
(2)Students recognize different coaching education models;
(3)Students identify the core of coach’s professional competences from a pedagogical and social approach;
(4)The research agenda within coaching education is recognized by students.
