Dental Summer School, Porto, Portugal

The Dental Summer School is designed for international and national dental students and is a three-week program which will take place at the University of Porto, Portugal, in July 2024 (July, 8 to 26) 

What Does It Involve?

The summer school will provide students with a detailed overview of life as a dental student at the University of Porto, including lectures, and practical based activities, as well as clinical practice with patients at the dental clinic of Faculty of Dental Medicine. 

Places are extremely limited (maximum 16) due to the practical nature of the event. If you would like to register an interest in this summer school, please complete the interest form below. Please note, that this is not an application form. When applications are open (march 01 to may 10), those who have completed the interest form will be notified. Participants will be eligible for 6 ECTS credits.

The Program's broad range of activities include:

• Lectures from world-renowned faculty
• Pre-clinical and hands-on training
• Live surgeries and dental procedures
• Formal and informal interactions with faculty and current students
• University residences
• School insurance

Students enrolled in the final year of the Master's Degree in Dental Medicine, or legal equivalent, from National and Foreign Universities
