Biography of José António de Aguiar (1812-1850)

He attended the Royal Academy of Maritime and Trade Affairs of the City of Porto and the Polytechnic Academy of Porto after having fought in the battalion of public servants during the 1833-34 civil war.
He taught Chemistry and Botany at the Polytechnic Academy of Porto.
