Summary:	This project will study mass transfer of oxygen to the mixed liquor in the Activated Sludge wastewater treatment biological processes. The study will depart from state of the art aeration technologies to new improved methods. A particular Activated Sludge process will be the focus on the aeration technologies application experiments and simulations: the Oxidation Ditch.
