Summary:	Development of sign language/visual sign language dictionary/system for deaf students in vocational training and working life with the aim of widening the choices of vocations and improving the target groups employability; also facilitating the communication between employer and deaf employees in working environments. Project linked to LdV proposal Young deaf and hearing-impaired European network with the objective to facilitate and increase transnational/vocational mobility for young deaf students/workers.
Observations:	An innovative, important and well defined proposal/project aiming at improving the vocational training for and employability of deaf. The proposal is well structured, partnership on national and EU-level relevant; valorisation and dissemination activities/plans well structured and potential policy impact could, with a wider/complementary range of players be significant. Long term impact on vocational training systems and work place relations possible; improvement of target groups position in relation to labour market.
