Summary:	A Operação "CO3+ Capacitação Organizacional dos SAS UNorte" pretende, através de 14 iniciativas distintas, enquadradas no proposto pelo Aviso, capacitar os SASUM, SASUP e SASUTAD para a melhoria da qualidade dos serviços prestados, aumentar o grau de profissionalização da gestão dos SAS, promover a capacitação dos recursos internos e qualidade dos serviços prestados e promover o aumento da satisfação dos utentes
