The younger generation is hard to impress. They can not easily concentrate on classes, especially if the classes are held in a frontal teaching mode. What can catch the attention of the youngsters? Can the answer be gaming? Isn't it what they also do in their free time? Can gaming be connected to education? The answer to the latter questions is yes! We can apply gamification in education! Even better, we can apply online serious games in education! But how? Visit the seminar and you'll get a glimpse into the topic!
16:30 → 18:00: "Fast Art and Slow Fashion - Is it possible?"
Have you ever wondered how many clothes you have? Have you not been proud of yourself for buying clothes you do not need? Have you ever heard the terms fast fashion or slow fashion? Would you like to be more conscious about what you buy? The answer for the problems of fast fashion lies in the younger generations. They are the ones to do something against fast fashion's environmental, social and economic consequences. But how do we get their attention? The Fast Art Slow Fashion project tries to gather youngsters who would take some steps against it. Visit the seminar and get to know methods to include the youngsters and do something together against fast fashion in an artistic way!
