Description:	Dedicated to diagnosis and individual and organizational intervention in processes of psychology and organizational behavior and Human Resources. Intervention modalities: - Training; - Recruitment and selection: Psychological assessment; Competencies interviews. - Coaching with leaders (according to the Portuguese Order for Psychologist); - Career coaching and counseling for adults; - Coaching in time management of professional activity; - Skills training for employability (individual and / or group): Active job search (CV, LinkedIN, Companies, different channels); Training for selection processes, including: interviews, group tests; psychotechnical, psychological assessment. - Evaluation of leadership development programs Target Audience: Population active or actively looking for a job or waiting to return to work (individual intervention) and organizations. Leaders in organizational context (several sectors). Our clients' experience: «My experience at UPORTH, in the tutoring service, was very positive and was essential to prepare me for the public competitions I competed in.
