Objectives

The UC dissertation supervision aims to create the conditions that allow students:
- to develop a research work in the field of adult education and training, theoretically and methodologically sustained and grounded
- to carry out a master's thesis
- publicly present and defend the research work carried out

Learning outcomes and competences

It is intended that this course will help students:

- to acquire the capacity to manage and transform complex and unpredictable study or work contexts that require new strategic approaches;

- to acquire in-depth knowledge of research methods and techniques to enable research in adult education and training

1. Clarification and systematization of the research project to be developed
2. Research, identification and analysis of relevant bibliography for the research project
3. Identification of the appropriate methodological framework for the research project
4. Development of research project and operationalization of appropriate procedures for collecting and analyzing empirical data
5. Elaboration of the dissertation
