Objectives
To know evaluation models within quality parameters, as well as evaluation systems of institutions and the ones related with accreditation, certification and auditing of formative actions.
To understand the necessity and importance of evaluating institutions to justify the outlining and development of plans of formation.
To know and distinguish different perspectives and ways of assessing institutions.
To know the different scopes and variables on which is based the assessment of institutions.
To know and to put into practice the assessment of institutions in the perspective of different models of quality management: EFQM and ISO 9001:2000.
Program
Programs and formation actions should be created from the analysis of each formative reality and its relation with the objectives to be fulfilled or necessities to be satisfied. Within this context, assessment, while an axis that articulates the teachers professionalization, is an essential instrument to prove the effects of formation and the achievement of goals and, consequently, to establish changes/improvements in the formation process.
