Objectives

 

 

The UC Qualifications and Competences in organisations and in Work have as general aim: characterise the problematic of development competences throughout professional life. Theory leans on the contribute of different subjects to provide an enlarged comprehension of this matter. The main goals are:

 

- characterise, briefly, the social and economical context present in the emergent approach of competences in Organisations

 

 

 

- clarify concepts and notions associated to competences through the contribute of Pscychology, Sociology and Ergonomics

Assiduity is not a requisite for success in the curricular unit.

Calculation formula of final grade

The following components will be considered for the final grade: written test (50%), group written report (50%). If one component is not done, it will receive a grade of 0. The minimum requirement is 25% in the written text and 25% in the written report.

Special assessment (TE, DA, ...)

The final grades for students with special status include the same evaluation components as the other students. The work will be guided by the rules of normal students.

Classification improvement

Improvement will be limited to the repetition of the written test. The appeal of partial scores is possible through the completion of new work, equivalent to that which is under appeal.
