Objectives
This curricular unit approaches the management of training in 3 axis:
- organizations and adults' education and training programs;
- specific procedures in adults' education and training;
- interaction processes in the production of training work.
Thus, the unit's specific goals are:
- to understand the relationship between training and work in the specific context of adults' education and training;
- to identify specific characteristics of the targets of adult training;
- to distinguish different approaches in negotiation.
