The learning goals are:

- acknoledge the potentials of collaborative consultation borh in terms of process and results;
- enhance knowledge and rflection ober the potentials and limits of consultation in educational and training contexts.

3. Goals: dealing with critical incidents or pormoting professional, organizational or community development. .
4. The option for collaborative models, focus on consultee's autonomy and empowerment.
5. Consultation as a problem resolution process.
