Resumo (PT): A elevada produção de RCD, constitui uma das principais preocupações a considerar pelos responsáveis da construção civil, visto este setor contribuir de forma significativa para a sua produção. Neste artigo, apresentam-se um conjunto de práticas com vista ao desenvolvimento sustentável na sua gestão ao longo do processo construtivo bem como um conjunto de indicadores que permite avaliar o modo como esta gestão é feita.

Abstract (EN): The high production of construction and demolition waste is a major concern to the people responsible for construction, as this sector contributes significantly to its production. In this article, it is presented a set of practices and indicators that should be adopted to have a sustainable development of waste management during the construction process.
