Candidaturas PDP

The Doctoral Programme in Psychology (PDP) offers an in-depth and sophisticated understanding of human behaviour across multiple areas. Students are guided in the development of high quality research projects with the express purpose of increasing research and development capacity in priority areas such as Education and Development; Inclusion, Exclusion and Cultural Diversity; Cognitive and Affective Neurosciences; and Human Relations, Health and Well-being. The 1st curricular year is divided between Curricular Units that introduce multiple areas of Psychology and a focused research experience. Deep involvement in research and its dynamics remains throughout the programme, complemented by participation in seminars, teaching experiences and general brainstorming. The programme culminates with the completion and defence of the individual thesis.
