The Communication and Image Service is responsible for the systematic and coherent organisation and structuring of the communication of the Faculty's teaching, R&D and outreach activities with the target audiences defined as relevant, both inside and outside the Faculty. The activities of this Service are coordinated by a doctoral lecturer appointed by the Executive Board, after consultation with the Scientific Council. The Communication and Image Service is responsible for
- Promote actions aimed at disseminating the institution's identity;
- Designing and managing activities to divulge and promote the Faculty's teaching, R&D and extension activities;
- To systematize information about activity produced within the Faculty with a view to its internal and external dissemination;
- To systematize information about relevant activities outside the Faculty for internal dissemination;
- To organize the visual communication of the Faculty's space;
- To develop the production of promotional materials;
- To collaborate, through advice and the general design of spaces and presentation materials, with the services or organs of the Faculty that are represented at fairs, exhibitions, congresses and seminars;
- To organize the scientific and cultural events (seminars, meetings, etc.) that the competent bodies decide to hold;
- To collaborate with the Faculty's services in their communications with the outside world by post, telephone, e-mail, and internet through counseling and formal design with a view to ensuring the integration of all forms of communication into a coherent institutional image strategy;
- To organize the relationship with the media.
