The CAREER AND ALUMNI OFFICE is responsible for:

• Supporting the graduates´ careers by developing:

- dissemination of selected news and informational resources;
- mediation of recruitment processes (FPCEUP Job Portal);
- attracting new employers and job offers (both employment and internship);
- promotion of synergies between FPCEUP and employers;
- encouraging professional networking;
- development of active job search and networking skills, as well as soft-skills, among students and alumni;

• Reinforcing relations with the Faculty's ALUMNI, ensuring: dissemination and management of the various communication channels (Connectinguporto; Alumni Portal; FPCEUP Alumni Group @ Linkedin); research and provision of useful content and services; promotion of initiatives and events aimed at this population; and the FPCEUP alumni database management (UP Alumni Portal / CRM);
• Developing information and documentation management procedures concerning curricular internships, namely the acceptance of new proposals, the maintenance of the internships informative spreadsheets (protocols, organizations and interns) and the protocols archive management;
• Monitoring graduates’ employment paths by regularly promoting surveys for alumni and trainees (FPCEUP Employment Observatory; Annual Internships Survey);
• Providing internal advisory services based in the gathered information, in order to support the faculty´s and courses´ management;
