Eligibility for exams

The assessment system adopted requires compulsory attendance, without prejudice to the provisions of article 9.4 of the student assessment regulations. Compliance with the attendance requirement presupposes attendance at 75% of the classes scheduled at the beginning of the semester.

Calculation formula of final grade

In accordance with the objectives and syllabus established in this course, the assessment process will include two main stages: i) Practical exercise, based on a concrete situation of socio-educational intervention/mediation, for which a reflection is requested based on issues addressed in the course (carried out in class, in groups and with collective discussion) (40%); ii. Written reflection on one of the guest seminars (to be carried out individually) (60%)

Examinations or Special Assignments

If you get a mark of less than 8 or fail to complete one of the assessment elements, you will have recourse to the distributed assessment mechanism:
- Individual completion of new practical work and discussion with the teachers;
- carrying out a new individual reflection on a seminar, to be carried out in the subsequent frequency and exam period.

Classification improvement

In order to improve their marks for the course as a whole, students have the opportunity to take a written test without consultation (exam) which will cover the contents of the course.
