Objectives
To understand the relationship between psychopathology and other sciences including psychology.Also to understand the logic of the curricular plan and the interest of the CU to the formation of clinical psychologists.Perceive the clinical and phenomenological methods, the deviation from the behavioral norm, develop competences in application and reserch contexts.Understand the several dynamics of being seek. The look of psychopathology as a way to bring us closer to the total man.
The normal and the abnormal in clinical, psychology and psychopathology; personality dynamics and the dialogue with the world.
General psychopathology (affectivity, memory, consciousness, memory, communication, sence-perception, ...)
Special psychopatology (neuroses, psychoses, demential processes,...)

To understand the relationship between psychopahology and psychology;

To be able to describe and make differential diagnosis between specific and clinical conditions.

Exposition by teachers; discussion about clinical situations in practical classes: reading bibliography texts.
Finally, due to the covid 19 pandemic practical classes can not take place in the Conde Ferreira Hospital.

Calculation formula of final grade
The student must obtain the minimun of 10 values from 0 to 20 to obtain to be approved in the CU.
Special assessment (TE, DA, ...)
Quantitative: final examen
The final examen consists of two parts:
first part: 3 developmental questions related with theorethical issues and describing certain disturbances or or deeoen relationships between several concepts (10 values);
2nd part: 3 brief answer questions related with practical classes, one of them about the diagnosis of a clinical case (8 values (10 values).
