PDB005 - ECTS The essential aim of the Curricular Unit of Ethics at the End of Life and in Palliative Care is that the student acquires the necessary knowledge in ethical issues at the End of Human Life, in particular addressing the basics of Palliative Care and its relation with health professions.   In the conceptual plan the aims are the acquisition and knowledge of the core concepts of the most significant theories regarding human thoughts, promoting the integration os these concepts in a more proficient and humanist clinical practice.

PDB004 - ECTS The essential aim of the Curricular Unit The Beginning of Life is that the student acquires the necessary knowledge in ethical issues at the beginning of Human Life and Medically Assisted Procreation, namely in very specific areas. In the conceptual plan the aims are the acquisition and knowledge of the core concepts in this field.

PDB003 - ECTS The essential aim of the Curricular Unit of Professional Ethics is that the student acquires the necessary knowledge in Ethical Principles of the Practice of Health Professions.   In the conceptual plan the aims are the acquisition and knowledge of the core concepts in the area of professional ethics, promoting a careful ethical reflection on the principles that support their actions.

PDB002 - ECTS The essential aim of the Curricular Unit of Philosophy and Bioethics is that the student acquires the necessary knowledge in the bases of Philosophy. To provide  necessary conditions for the expansion of the students' capacity for reflection and critical analysis of the reality  lived and recognized by Philosophy. In terms of concepts it is intended for students to aquire, as broad as possible, the fundamental concepts.

PDB007 - ECTS The essential aim of the Curricular Unit of Environment, Biodiversity and Biopolitics is that the student acquires the necessary knowledge in Environmental Ethics and the importance of Biodiversity, namely in very specific areas.
