- After the initial design of the project and identification of the limitations found, the student must write and present their thesis project, which will be followed up in the following Literature Review modules.

Working method

The different curricular units of Literature Review aim to provide a historical basis for the evolution of the different topics covered in the other curricular units. Thus, the syllabus of the Literature Review curricular units for each of the themes have the following syllabus:- Review and historical contextualization of contents previously taught in introductory curricular units to Periodontology and Basic Periodontology;
- Presentation and debate of several topics of interest in the field of Periodontology and Implantology (covered in the introductory curricular units to Periodontology and Basic Periodontology);
- Analysis of methodological limitations;
- Choice of the theme for the research project that will serve as the basis for the article to be written by the students.

Teaching methods and learning activities
