Program
In this CU is carried out the clinical care of patients for rehabilitation with Fixed Prosthodontics (crowns and short span toothsupported bridges) and Removable Prosthodontics (partial and full dentures, acrylic and rpd framework), which consists of: observation, medical history and clinical examination, diagnosis, study and treatment plan, implementation of clinical steps, request and critical analysis of laboratory support required for the treatment of edentulous patients.
The clinical practice classes are tutored by a teacher who as well as giving theoretical-practical support, will also assess students. All procedures must first be discussed with the teacher and, in less common cases, it is the teacher himself who carries out practical demonstrations.
