To acquire knowledge on the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying the most common oral diseases. Making a correct diagnosis of oral diseases Knowledge and mastery of methods of diagnosis, prevention and treatment of diseases in the area of ciruriga and Oral Pathology Master the technical and scientific literature necessary to perform treatments in Oral Surgery area. The theoretical exposition of the syllabus followed the practice show allows students to recognize the importance of taught subjects. The purpose of this course is to give the student a theoretical knowledge of the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of area Surgery and Oral Pathology. As mentioned in this curricular unit will be presented in lectures relaccionados concepts with the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the oral surgery and oral pathology area. This theoretical approach is complemented by the presentation of clinical cases with clinical images and videos of the disease and its treatments.

Attendance of at least 75% of the theoretical-practical classes.

The evaluation is done through a final exam covering the subjects taught.
