Objectives
Acquisition of more in-depth scientific knowledge and skills on issues related to Dental Aesthetics at the level of the previous sector. At the end of this curricular unit, students should be able to solve the most complex clinical cases in the context of Conservative Aesthetic Dentistry from the aesthetic point of view.
Learning outcomes and competences
The learning of specific and multidisciplinary subjects, of different operative techniques and recent dental materials, as well as clinical practice in patients who seek the Clinic of FMDUP, enable the acquisition of skills to solve the most complex clinical cases of Aesthetics, in the context of Conservative Dentistry.

Teaching methods and learning activities
Theoretical classes are in accordance with the programmatic content indicated, are taught by teachers and supported by power point.
Practical classes are held at FMDUP's Clinic with the active participation of students in the care of patients always supported by a teacher.
The discussion of themes presented according to the programmatic content and based on recent scientific articles, allows the evaluation of the scientific knowledge that they acquire, as well as the critical capacity they present.
