Dental morfology and optical properties of teeth and composites resins. Direct facets.

Dental wear, occlusal and incisal avaliation.
Oclusal and incisival excessive Wear (occlusal disease).
Analysis, characterization, classification and diagnosis of oclusal wear. Avaliation, diagnosis and alternative treatment plans.

Teaching methods and learning activities
The lectures are in accordance with the syllabus noted, they are taught by the teacher and supported by Power Point. Theoreticalpractical classes are held with the active participation of students. The presented discussion topics according to the syllabus and based on recent scientific articles allows the evaluation of scientific knowledge that they will acquire, as well as critical skills they present.

Calculation formula of final grade
The final grade is calculated by the sum of:
1 - Presential class participation (40%)
2 - Evaluation obtained in a writen work as a review article, poster or oral communication (60%), related to
a theme distributed to each student under conservative esthetic dentistry.
