Objectives
The general goals of the UC Specific Treatments of the Specialization Course in Orthodontics are:
- To develop Knowledge related with neuro-muscular deprograming;
- To insure skills in ATM magnetic resonation, TAC and CBCT;
- To know the procedures of Axiography.
The general aims of Orthodontic Clinical Cases Treatment VI Unit of the 11th Post-graduation Course in Orthodontics offers the following core competences:
- to get an adequate clinical experience in malocclusions treatment;
- to acquire the ability to create an excellent relationship with the patients, dental doctors and general society;
- to develop the fundamental skills for autonomous and independent orthodontic clinical practice.
Learning outcomes and competences
The student should be able:
- To have develop Knowledge related with neuro-muscular deprograming;
- To have acquire the skills in ATM magnetic resonation, TAC and CBCT;
- To have developed the procedures of Axiography.

It is approved the student whose final grade evaluation is equal to or above 10.
Calculation formula of final grade
- Attendance x 10% x laboratorial work + 20% Final exam 70%
- The final classification will be expressed in numerical scale from 0 to 20.
