The general aims of Orthodontic Techniques - Unit V of the 11 th Post-graduation Course in Orthodontics offers the following core competences:
- to Know the main basic notions edgewise technique;
- to Know the main basic notions edgewise technique;
- to be able to use clinically Roth Williams technique;
- to know protocols for dentomaxillary disharmonies treatment with serial extractions;
- to know protocols for dentomaxillary disharmonies treatment with serial extractions;
- to develop skills with microimplant mechanics.
Learning outcomes and competences
The student should be able:
- to know the main basic notions of edgewise technique;
- to have the skills to use clinically Roth Williams technique;
- To base protocols for dentomaxillary disharmonies treatment with serial extractions;
- To base protocols for dentomaxillary disharmonies treatment with serial extractions;
- to have develop skills with microimplant mechanics.
