Abstract (EN):
This work presents the modeling of human organs by means of 3D geometry reconstruction using medical images. The base images were obtained from the "Visible Human Project" (VHP) database. The first part of the work consists in image reconversion, color optimization and alignment. For process optimization, each organ is delimited in a box volume, for image cropping. The feature recognition is then performed for the organ in the selected volume. After features recognition, the aligned contours are extracted and a cloud point is generated for the organ in analysis. The geometry can then be generated from the obtained cloud points.
